We had a memorable anniversary celebration at The Chilworth with their excellent service and hospitality. The staff greeted us warmly with hot towels and showed us to our modern room. They went above and beyond to make our stay special by creating a heart of towels, spreading rose petals, and leaving a card, cupcake, and champagne. The attention to detail and kindness overwhelmed us. The whole place smells like lavender, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
Felt like part of their family, no complaints.
